AI Tiny Desk provides online AI tools that help users generate short videos from uploaded photos, including the Outstanding Tiny Desk AI experience (about 15 seconds, 720p, with sound). By accessing or using the service at ai-tiny-desk.org, you agree to these Terms of Service.

AI Tiny Desk is an independent platform inspired by the Tiny Desk concert format. AI Tiny Desk is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by NPR, Tiny Desk Concerts, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or any AI model provider. We do not distribute or license third-party music beyond AI-generated audio included in your render.

1. Service use
You may use AI Tiny Desk only for lawful purposes and only with media and prompts that you have the right to upload and process. You may not use the service to violate privacy, publicity, copyright, or other third-party rights. Only upload photos of people and pets that you have the right to use.

2. Accounts and access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate access if we detect fraud, abuse, illegal activity, or behavior that harms the platform.

3. User content
You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant AI Tiny Desk a limited license to host, process, transmit, and store that content solely to operate, secure, improve, and support the service.

4. Generated output
AI-generated outputs may vary based on input quality, prompts, and model behavior. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using, publishing, or sharing them, and for respecting the rights, likeness, and publicity interests of any person depicted. Do not rely on generated media for legal, medical, identity, or safety-critical purposes.

5. Payments
Paid plans, credits, or one-time checkout charges are billed according to the pricing shown at checkout. Taxes may apply where required. Charges are covered by our Refund Policy or where required by applicable law. Failed renders are not charged.

6. Prohibited uses
You may not use AI Tiny Desk to create unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, exploitative, hateful, or sexually explicit (NSFW) material involving minors, or to impersonate real people in a harmful way. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the service. NSFW content generation is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

7. Third-party platforms
If you post generated videos to social platforms, you are responsible for complying with each platform's rules and for any rights or licenses required for music or likeness you add after download.

8. Availability and changes
We may update, improve, limit, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific generation speeds, or permanent storage of uploads or outputs unless explicitly stated.

9. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted service.

10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Tiny Desk and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.
